Your responsibilities

• Leading proprietary training programs in the role of external trainer, focusing on Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner methodologies
• Ensuring high-quality content and workshop delivery during training sessions
• Tailoring training delivery to meet the needs of business groups
• Facilitating workshops, training sessions, meetups, or technology presentations
• Sharing expertise in managing product backlogs and maximizing business value

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
• Deep understanding of the Scrum framework and experience in managing commercial Agile projects
• Proven experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, meetups, or technology presentations
• Excellent soft skills, including openness, flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to share knowledge effectively
• Fluent Polish
• Advanced level of English

Optional

• Possession of certifications such as PSM I/II/III, PSPO I/II/III, PMI-ACP

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our network of external trainers at Sii Training. If you have a strong background in agile methodologies and a passion for sharing your knowledge, this opportunity is for you. You will conduct professional Scrum training sessions for our business clients, focusing on effective facilitation, team building, and removing obstacles. This role offers flexibility with remote, hybrid, or office work options across various locations in Poland.
