We are looking for a S enior Workday Expert who can operate beyond configuration — someone who designs, connects, and leads end-to-end Workday HCM solutions across complex enterprise environments.
This role blends solution architecture, functional leadership, and client advisory , with a strong focus on shaping scalable HR transformations and guiding delivery from strategy to implementation.
Ideal candidate has:
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Workday HCM (multiple modules, cross-functional view)
- Proven experience in Solution Architecture or Functional Lead roles on enterprise Workday programs
- Strong ability to design and optimize HR E2E processes
- Experience in client-facing consulting and advisory , ideally also in presales or solutioning
- Solid understanding of Workday integrations and cross-system dependencies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect business needs with technical design
- Confidence in leading discussions with senior stakeholders and technical teams
- Based in Poland and speaks Polish language fluently.
Your future role
✨Design and lead E2E Workday HCM solution architecture across multiple modules and integrations
✨Translate business requirements into scalable Workday designs aligned with best practices
✨Act as a functional authority and advisor for clients during transformation decisions
✨Lead cross-functional Workday streams and ensure alignment across HR processes and system design
✨Support presales activities , solution shaping, and Workday demonstrations
✨Oversee functional consistency across delivery, including E2E testing and solution validation
