We are currently recruiting for the position of Sales Specialist on behalf of a fast-growing company in the digital printing and printing services sector.

We welcome candidates who are fully fluent in German / Danish / Norwegian / Swedish and have strong cultural insight into their local markets.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in German / Swedish / Norwegian / Danish 
• English at a minimum B2 level
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and online research
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and patterns in large data sets

Responsibilities

• Supporting and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients (phone & email)
• Handling inquiries and guiding customers through order-related questions
• Managing daily orders and coordinating communication between internal teams and clients
• Actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities
• Preparing tailored quotes and product offers
• Ensuring timely invoicing and customer satisfaction
• Monitoring market needs to contribute to further business growth
