Project Manager

IQVIA seeks an experienced Project Manager in Warsaw to lead execution of strategic healthcare data initiatives. The role involves managing complex cross-functional programs, driving delivery discipline, and championing modern project practices with emphasis on AI-enabled tools and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and governance of strategic initiatives within the C360 program
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting
• Partner with product managers, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, remove execution blockers, and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Champion modern delivery practices and identify process improvements to enhance effectiveness and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Substantial project management experience with complex software, data, or technology initiatives
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, and business functions
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership communication skills
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and modern delivery management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated capability in process improvement, operational excellence, or organizational transformation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making approach
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience

Compensation: zł160,200.00 - zł297,300.00 base
