Your responsibilities

• Creating, updating, and optimizing short- and long-term production plans.
• Customer Order Management and Production Order Processing.
• Monitoring production plan execution and analyzing deviations.
• Collaborating with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Analyzing production resource utilization and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Preparing reports, analyses, and management summaries.
• Maintaining and developing tools that support production planning processes.
• Participating in projects focused on process optimization and implementation of new analytical solutions.

Our requirements

• Experience in a Production Planner, Material Planner, or similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of VBA and experience in automating processes within Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, including creating reports, dashboards, and business analyses.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Helios, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Self-motivation, accountability, and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Communicative level of English.

Optional

• Knowledge of the Czech language will be considered an advantage.
