Position: Healthcare Administrative Specialist

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic, complex scenarios based on deep experience in healthcare operations.
• Build supporting records and author tasks to train AI agents .
• Evaluate healthcare operations tasks for AI model training and improvement.
• Focus on medical coding , prior authorization , and revenue cycle operations .
• Work independently with flexible hours and asynchronous collaboration .
• Ensure tasks align with regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare administrative roles.
• Experience with payer portals , EHR platforms , and coding tools.
• 15+ hours/week commitment.

Preferred

• Experience owning exceptions and disputes, such as appeals or coding audits.
• Experience across multiple care settings or on both provider and payer sides.
