- At least 3 years of experience in hedge fund administration.
- Proficiency in IT tools and systems.

- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of fund accounting systems, financial instruments, and core processes.
A Fund Accounting Supervisor is expected to oversee a team of up to four Fund Accountants, while actively supporting their professional development and contributing to the broader growth of the NAV team.
