Senior Business Analyst with French (f/m/x)

About the project, We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with French to support the pre-engineering phase of analyzing an in-store ERP system for French retail locations. In this remote role, you will collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders and participate in business trips to France, contributing to the full implementation phase. Your responsibilities, Analyze current in-store systems and business processes, identifying areas that extend beyond standard retail operations, Gather, document, and validate business requirements, process flows, and functional needs, Define process boundaries, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities, Collaborate closely with French-speaking stakeholders to understand business objectives and operational challenges, Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions with business teams, Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment, Participate in business trips to France to engage with local teams and support project activities, Support ERP implementation activities, including solution design, testing, UAT, and deployment

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Fluency in French, Advanced level of English, Hands-on experience with ERP platforms and/or retail/store systems, Excellent analytical thinking, requirements gathering, and business documentation skills, Ability to travel to France approximately twice per quarter
