Now, we're expanding our Data Cloud practice — and we’re looking for a mid-level consultant ready to work with top clients, create insights, and build next-generation CRM data solutions.

🚀 What you'll do:

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their data needs and business goals.
• Run discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to design smart, scalable analytics solutions.
• Implement Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau, and other CRM analytics tools.
• Work with data from multiple sources, build data pipelines (ETL), and ensure data quality.
• Support pre-sales by building solution demos and helping with scoping.
• Deliver and present insights that help clients make better, faster decisions.
  

✅ What you bring:

• 2–4 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or CRM implementation.
• Strong SQL and understanding of data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Tableau , or another BI tool .
• Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, MuleSoft, Informatica).
• Previous experience working with data integrations or CRM/ERP systems.
• A consulting mindset – you like solving problems and talking to clients.
• Fluent English (Polish is a plus but not required).
