About the project, We are looking for a Power BI Support Engineer to support customers and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft BI solutions.

Your responsibilities, Troubleshoot Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, gateways, and administration issues, Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within SLA, Communicate technical solutions clearly to end users, Handle escalations and collaborate with engineering and support teams, Maintain accurate case documentation and customer communication

2–3 years of infrastructure or technical support experience, Good knowledge of Power BI and SQL, Basic knowledge of SSRS, Experience with customer-facing technical support, Strong troubleshooting, communication, and email-writing skills, Ability to manage complex issues and customer escalations, Good command of English
