Your responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant in Internal Communication area.
- Planning communication campaigns and events, sending follow-ups, identifying and logging risks, obtaining approvals, managing timeliness, resources and execution.
- Ensuring alignment with senior stakeholders on campaigns, events, and the annual Qualtrics survey.
- Securing strategic elements of internal comms as well as urgent messaging.
- Handling regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery.
- Processing client’s escalations.
- Keeping all required process documentation up to date (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes.
- Continually seek out ways to improve Client satisfaction.
Our requirements
- Proven experience in Internal Communication.
- Knowledge of process specific systems/tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and guide communication best practices.
- Can work independently with stakeholders and marketers on content pieces and campaigns.
- Bachelor degree.
