Technik/Techniczka Procesu Cleanroom

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust production processes continuously to optimize quality and efficiency
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve production process issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks
• Maintain detailed documentation of process parameters, settings, and performance data
• Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements and new production methods

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills with production equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and procedures
• Analytical skills and problem-solving capability to identify production losses
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and quality control techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar manufacturing or technology industry role
• Polish language B2 level required; English or German B2 level preferred

Compensation: zł88,100 - zł146,900 PLN annual
