About the project

We are looking for a person who will connect Business and IT in process improvement, digitalisation, automation, and the use of artificial intelligence.

The Business Process & AI Transformation Partner helps teams better understand their processes, identify manual work, duplication, and bottlenecks, and propose practical improvements. The role serves as a bridge between user needs and technical solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Work with business teams and process owners to identify improvement opportunities.
• Map and analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, manual activities, and opportunities for standardisation.
• Design future-state processes and prepare improvement proposals.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with users, managers, and IT teams.
• Collect business requirements and translate them into clear IT requirements, including user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Support the prioritisation of changes based on business value, impact, and expected benefits.
• Actively identify opportunities to use automation, Power Platform, and AI in daily business processes.
• Assess whether a challenge is best addressed through a process improvement, system configuration, automation, or AI solution.
• Support testing, implementation of changes, preparation of manuals and training materials, and adoption of new solutions.
• Prepare simple business cases, KPIs, and benefit assessments for implemented changes and AI pilots.

Our requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, digital transformation, or system implementation.
• You have experience working in a multinational organisation and can collaborate effectively across different teams, functions, and countries.
• You can understand end-to-end business processes, identify their real issues, and recognise opportunities for improvement.
• You have a proven track record of delivering process optimisation initiatives with tangible results, such as reduced manual effort, faster processing, improved data quality, cost savings, or better user experience.
• You have experience preparing business requirements, backlogs, change requests, user stories, or acceptance criteria.
• You understand BPM, Lean, or continuous improvement principles; knowledge of BPMN is an advantage.
• You are familiar with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, workflow, automation, or reporting solutions.
• You have an overview of Generative AI and automation opportunities in business processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, or similar tools is an advantage.
• You can communicate clearly with Business teams while also working effectively with IT teams.
• You have strong analytical thinking, facilitation skills, and a practical, results-oriented approach.
