The Team
Inviso supports Microsoft in providing a range of assessment services and is expanding its support of assessments focused on Cloud Migration, Copilot Adoption and Security in Microsoft’s SMB customer segment. This program delivers data‑driven reports to help customers understand their current IT estate and inform their cloud migration strategy, extending their capabilities and empowering their organizations. The SMB Assessment Desk receives nominations from multiple channels within Microsoft, engages customers for pre‑deployment technical check calls, deployment support, and report delivery to enable rapid migration. The Desk leverages third‑party assessment tools Dr.Migrate and QS Solutions’ CSAT. Success is defined by enabling customers to migrate and modernize their infrastructure with Microsoft Cloud services, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
The Role
Our technical consultants are the front line, supporting customers in deploying assessment tools and defining a roadmap to achieve strategic goals through the adoption of Microsoft Cloud technologies. Applicants must possess strong communication skills, technical acumen, project management capability, and the ability to communicate across multiple levels of a customer organization and within Microsoft’s internal teams. They must have diverse IT systems knowledge to guide customers in implementing solutions such as Dr.Migrate, Unifycloud, and CSAT.
This role requires C2 level English fluency (written and verbal).
Successful candidates will deliver all components of an assessment, including:
- Engagement with Microsoft stakeholders and field sellers
- Requirements communication and kickoff: understanding and clearly communicating the technical requirements of the assessment process, along with the benefits and outcomes expected upon delivery
- Discovery: determining the optimal discovery platform and supporting deployment through complete discovery
- Analysis: reviewing and finalizing an assessment report (specific to the tool used), identifying and highlighting key insights
- Presentation: presenting key insights and actionable recommendations to customers, partners, and Microsoft contacts
- Cross‑team coordination: supporting a seamless customer transition into post‑assessment actions with relevant Microsoft, partner, or other contacts
- Tracking: logging activities and updates in appropriate systems (e.g., internal CRM) for accurate tracking and reporting
- Workshops: conducting workshops with customers for AI adoption
Required Experience
- C1 level of Spanish & English proficiency
- Technical experience in cloud services or SaaS products such as M365, O365, Azure, Copilot (at least one) or competitors (Google Workspace, AWS)
- Customer‑facing experience with presentations
- Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem
- 1–2 years in IT service/support, seeking to leverage those skills in an analytic role
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data
- Demonstrated ability to manage a queue of projects concurrently with little supervision – project & time management, coordination, status updates
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with discovery and assessment platforms such as Azure Migrate, Dr.Migrate, Unifycloud, and CSAT
- Delivery of workshops and sessions to customers
- Knowledge of any IT area(s) – systems administration, Windows or Linux OS, networking
- Relevant skills: networking & administration for Windows, Windows Server OS, Linux; PowerShell; Active Directory, DNS, DHCP; virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix, Hyper‑V)
- Certifications such as AZ‑900, MS‑900, AI‑900, SC‑900
