Role overview
We're looking for a Data / Business Analyst who can do more than just crunch numbers. In this role, you'll be the bridge between raw data and smart business strategy. You will work directly with our commercial teams to interpret market trends, challenge assumptions, and guide decision-making with clear, evidence-based insights.
This position is for someone who is naturally curious, thinks critically, and excels at translating complex data into practical recommendations. You will report to the local Data & Analytics Lead.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Field Force, Brand, Digital Managers, Market Access and other stakeholders to understand business questions and deliver relevant analysis
- Analyze market and internal data (IQVIA, PEX, NHF, MoH) to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers across therapeutic areas
- Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for commercial stakeholders
- Proactively surface insights and flag opportunities or risks without waiting to be asked
- Ensure consistent definition and use of KPIs across teams
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel
- Clean, integrate, and manage data from multiple sources to ensure reliability
- Leverage AI tools to speed up analysis and insight generation
- Support ad hoc analyses based on business needs
Skills & Experience – Must-have
- Background in pharma, healthcare, FMCG, business insights, or consulting
- Strong ability to connect data with business context
- Advanced Excel skills, hands‑on experience with Power BI (reports, dashboards, DAX), Power Query
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Clear, non‑technical communication and strong collaboration skills
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, BI, consulting, or reporting
- Master’s degree in economics, pharmacy, statistics, computer science or related fields
- Fluent English and Polish
Skills & Experience – Nice to have
- Previous work focused on business performance, commercial insights, or SFE
- Experience with PMR (Primary Market Research), including survey‑based insights or campaign effectiveness studies
- Experience with Python and/or R, Power Automate
AI & Mindset
- Experience with or strong interest in AI tools
- Curiosity‑driven, learning‑oriented mindset
- Understanding AI as a support tool for better analysis and productivity
