Collateral & Loan Documentation Specialist with German

Your responsibilities

• Ensure that Security documents are complete and legally binding so that the Bank can apply the collateral if the need arises
• Process Commercial real estate loan documents, Commercial Loan documents within the agreed timelines & accuracy.
• Acceptance of securities, follow up for securities include incomplete securities, audit deviations and exceptions listed by Collateral Compliance Department (“CCD”)
• Handing over of securities, Responsible for ensuring that all documents are submitted in full when securities are accepted
• Responsible for ensuring that all security-related documentation is captured on the system and filed. Responsible for ensuring that guarantees and letters of intent are issued, recorded, balanced and paid out in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
• Dispatch of security documents, acknowledgement of receipt by companies
• Responsible for following the prescribed procedures for the acceptance, recording, issuing and cost recovery in respect of safe custody of items
• Tracking of the transactions assigned and completion on time.
• Preparation of various MIS
• Daily Reporting of the activities/transactions processed

Our requirements

• German language fluency
• Experience in Wholesale banking, structured finance or commercial real estate finance is preferred. Understanding of complex syndicated loans.
• Knowledge of relevant policies, practices, and procedures
• Good communication, analytical, interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
• A sense of responsibility, reliability, and communication skills
• Customer and service orientation
