We're looking for an experienced Business Process Transformation Lead to optimize end-to-end business processes, improve performance, and drive digital transformation across global operations.

What We're Looking For

✅ 10+ years of experience in Business Process Management , Continuous Improvement, or Transformation roles

✅ Strong expertise in BPMN, Lean/Six Sigma, Process Mining, and Value Stream Mapping , with hands-on experience in Signavio, LeanIX, workflow automation and RPA solutions, as well as a solid understanding of SAP processes and enterprise integrations.

✅ Proven ability to lead large-scale process transformation initiatives , leverage data and analytics to solve complex business challenges, influence stakeholders across business and technology functions, and translate complex insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.

✅Experience with hypothesis testing, business case development, and benefits tracking

✅Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

✅Experience working with executives and cross-functional teams

✅Strong change management and facilitation skills

Your future role

• Own process performance and KPIs such as cycle time, quality, throughput, cost, and compliance.
• Analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes using BPMN , process mining, Lean, and automation.
• Align process improvements with SAP and connected enterprise systems.
• Manage transformation roadmaps, business cases, and process improvement portfolios.
• Ensure risk management, governance, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Lead change adoption through training, SOPs, and stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver executive-level insights, dashboards, and transformation updates.
