Project Manager (US hours)

Job Overview

Manages the development and execution of medium to large complex, multi‑phased projects with external project dependencies. Promotes client satisfaction by ensuring project adheres to stakeholder specifications. Responsible for project completion within determined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate projects by defining scope, objectives, deliverables, work breakdown structures, and obtaining stakeholder commitment.
• Plan project schedules, estimate resources, develop detailed time and cost estimates, and establish budgets.
• Execute the project plan by coordinating resources, managing project activities, and maintaining documentation.
• Monitor and control project progress, perform risk and issue analysis, manage changes, and keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Close projects by completing all deliverables, documenting lessons learned, and ensuring compliance with EPMO guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a communications plan, provide status reports, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Apply stakeholder, risk, issue, and resource management techniques using tools such as PERT, critical path method, earned value, and cost management.
• Lead risk management processes, perform quantitative risk analysis, and manage risk responses.
• Implement and enforce the project change management process.
• Mentor less experienced associates and maintain project metrics.

Key Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Self‑directed, independent contributor capable of leading complex assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with multi‑phase, medium to large projects with external dependencies.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of time.
