Distribution & Transportation Coordinator
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations and transportation logistics,
- Act as a liaison between Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and carriers,
- Ensure accurate stock management and smooth product flow,
- Support shipment planning, claims handling, and cross‑border documentation,
- Support workload planning by coordinating daily order scheduling (PO, STO, CO) and preparing for peak seasons and special events,
- Address operational issues on an ad-hoc basis in alignment with Supervisor decisions,
- Investigate and respond to transportation-related claims, ensuring proper documentation and communication with carriers and Customer Service.
Our requirements
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- Fluent in English
- Experience in logistics/distribution/transportation coordination
- familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, PKMS)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Distribution & Transportation Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and transportation logistics. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring efficient product flow, accurate stock management, and exceptional service delivery.
