Your role As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud infrastructure with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure. You will work on large-scale cloud environments, supporting the development of secure, scalable, and highly available solutions. The role combines hands-on infrastructure engineering, automation, and operational support, with a strong emphasis on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud migrations, and platform modernization initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud best practices, improve deployment processes, and optimize cloud environments across networking, security, and performance domains. Experience with AWS is beneficial, while exposure to GCP will be considered an advantage. Your tasks Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily within Microsoft Azure. Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions using tools such as Terraform or Bicep. Support cloud migration projects, including transitions from on-premises environments to the cloud. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes. Develop scripts and automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support cloud and application deployments. Collaborate with project teams on cloud architecture, security, networking, and operational improvements. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud services to ensure reliability and performance. Your profile Experience in large-scale IT and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). Hands-on experience with at least one cloud-based solution. Knowledge of automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, OpenStack). Experience with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps). Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Understanding of networking, security, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep). Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and managing containerized applications in cloud environments. Nice to have: Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or other managed Kubernetes platforms. Experience with AWS cloud services. Basic exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowledge of container security and observability tools. Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows administration. Experience with cloud migration and modernization projects. Understanding of storage and clustering technologies. Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, or other relevant cloud certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, CKA, CKAD, etc.).
