Your responsibilities, You analyze existing warehouse and logistics processes and translate business requirements into scalable software solutions., You design and configure WMS processes that support operational excellence and business growth., You facilitate customer workshops, process reviews, and solution design sessions., You manage implementation projects throughout all phases, including blueprinting, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare., You advise customers on best practices in warehouse management, process optimization, and digital transformation., You collaborate with international project teams, product specialists, and software developers., You contribute customer insights and market requirements to the ongoing development of our WMS products.

You hold a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification., You have experience implementing Warehouse Management Systems or related logistics software solutions., You understand warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain environments., You have experience in customer-facing consulting, implementation, or project management roles., You communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders at different levels., You are willing to travel and work closely with customers on-site when required., You are fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
