Please remember that if the position you are applying for is associated with the conclusion of an employment contract, you are not obliged to provide any data other than those required by Art. 221 of the Labour Code and from the model questionnaire for job applicants as specified by relevant regulations, i.e.: a) first name(s) and surname, b) parents' names, c) date of birth, d) citizenship, e) place of residence (correspondence address), f) education and supplementary education, g) history of previous employment, h) additional qualifications, skills, interests (relevant for recruitment), i) statement of the truthfulness of data from points a-c and their compliance with the provided identity document, j) other data if the obligation to provide them results from separate regulations. If you have given consent to participate in a specific recruitment process or in future recruitment processes, the legal basis for us processing your Personal Data will be your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). In some cases, we may process your Personal Data for future recruitment needs also on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), for example, to offer you a position that matches your qualifications and our needs, which is fully consistent with the original purpose for which your Personal Data was collected (the so-called compatible purpose in the sense of Art. 6(4) GDPR). In the case of processing Personal Data based on consent, we remind you that you can withdraw your previously given consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on that consent before its withdrawal. However, if we process your Personal Data based on our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to such processing. A description of your rights can be found in Section VI below. III. How Long Do We Process Your Personal Data? The period for which we process your Personal Data varies depending on whether the data was collected solely for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment process or whether it may also be used for future processes (only based on your consent), or whether it is necessary to establish, pursue, or defend claims in court, administrative or other extrajudicial proceedings. If we process your Personal Data in connection with a single recruitment, they will be deleted after 6 months from the conclusion of the recruitment process, understood as the conclusion of an agreement with another candidate. This time allows for the realisation of the probationary period and confirmation that the position has indeed been effectively filled. Personal Data processed based on consent for participation in future recruitments will be processed until its potential withdrawal or until the purpose for which it was given (i.e. your employment) is achieved, but generally not longer than 2 years from its granting. These periods may be extended appropriately and necessarily in the event of potential claims and legal proceedings – for the duration of these proceedings and their settlement – and also if legal regulations require us to process them longer in specific cases.
