Your responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all logistics and transportation activities for Douglas Corporate Brands across Europe.
• Manage the relationship and operational performance of the European Central Distribution Centre and external logistics service providers (3PLs).
• Ensure high levels of customer service, on-time deliveries, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Own the logistics and transportation budget, ensuring cost control, financial transparency, and continuous optimization.
• Partner closely with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and business case preparation.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to ensure optimal inventory flow and product availability.
• Coordinate transportation planning and carrier performance across European markets.
• Lead logistics projects, process improvements, and continuous optimization initiatives.
• Support new market launches, supply chain transformations, and network development projects.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and health & safety regulations.
• Prepare and present operational performance updates to senior management.

Our requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management within an international environment.
• Proven experience managing warehouse and transport operations through third-party logistics providers (3PL).
• Strong understanding of distribution center operations, transportation management, and logistics cost drivers.
• Experience managing logistics and transportation budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational data into business decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems; experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional German are considered a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.

About the role

As a Senior Manager Logistics Corporate Brands you will be responsible for leading end-to-end logistics operations for Douglas Corporate Brands across Europe. Working within an international environment, you will oversee warehousing, transportation, and logistics performance in our European Central Distribution Centre, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and high service levels.

The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Finance, Procurement, Commercial, and our external logistics partners, supporting the continued development of the Corporate Brands supply chain.
