Your tasks
- executing Record to Report (RTR) operations, with a focus on general ledger accounting and period‑end close procedures
- managing entity‑level reporting in strict accordance with legal compliance, accounting standards, and internal requirements
- delivering comprehensive financial reports and analyses to internal/external stakeholders and regulatory authorities
- supporting the internal and external audit cycles and internal control reporting processes
- driving RTR process improvements and harmonisation through the implementation of innovative solutions and tools
- maintaining comprehensive and up‑to‑date documentation for process flows, work distributions, and operational guidelines
- participating in additional projects focused on process automation, optimization, and the implementation of risk‑reduction solutions
What we expect
- university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- minimum 2 years of experience in financial accounting/RTR department
- Financial Accounting and IFRS knowledge
- fluency in English, both written and spoken
- knowledge of ERP system (experience in SAP system would be an advantage)
- knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. HFM) and ServiceNow
- automation and development‑oriented mind‑set
- excellent customer service skills and the ability to cooperate with different external and internal stakeholders
