Your tasks

  • executing Record to Report (RTR) operations, with a focus on general ledger accounting and period‑end close procedures
  • managing entity‑level reporting in strict accordance with legal compliance, accounting standards, and internal requirements
  • delivering comprehensive financial reports and analyses to internal/external stakeholders and regulatory authorities
  • supporting the internal and external audit cycles and internal control reporting processes
  • driving RTR process improvements and harmonisation through the implementation of innovative solutions and tools
  • maintaining comprehensive and up‑to‑date documentation for process flows, work distributions, and operational guidelines
  • participating in additional projects focused on process automation, optimization, and the implementation of risk‑reduction solutions

What we expect

  • university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • minimum 2 years of experience in financial accounting/RTR department
  • Financial Accounting and IFRS knowledge
  • fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • knowledge of ERP system (experience in SAP system would be an advantage)
  • knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. HFM) and ServiceNow
  • automation and development‑oriented mind‑set
  • excellent customer service skills and the ability to cooperate with different external and internal stakeholders
  • cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a global environment
