Payments Analyst II, GBS Procure To Pay (fixed term 24 months)

Payments Analyst II supporting Global Business Services Procure To Pay operations across multiple regions. The role involves processing electronic and manual payments, managing cash flow, investigating discrepancies, and driving process improvements while serving as a subject matter expert for accounts payable inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute electronic and manual payments in compliance with internal policies
• Monitor cash flow and cash forecasts; investigate duplicate payments and payment rejections
• Provide customer support to internal and external stakeholders; coordinate with business units and Treasury
• Identify process improvements and serve as subject matter expert resolving complex AP inquiries
• Support team onboarding, manage workload distribution, and log incidents for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• 2 to 4 years of accounting or payables processing experience
• Previous corporate experience as payment specialist or in finance
• Fluent in English
• High expertise in Procure To Pay processes and understanding of full PTP workflows
• Valid work permit and residency in Poland

Compensation: zł93,000.00-zł124,500.00 base
