Expert Sourcing Manager (permanent position)
We are looking for a Expert Sourcing Manager with +5 years of experience to become part of our growing and ambitious Sourcing Team. You possess strong commercial acumen, negotiation experience and project management skills, you communicate with impact, and you have a proven track record of delivering commercial value and savings through cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

Sourcing has a key role to play in this exciting and challenging journey, and you will be driving a range of complex and high complex sourcing projects within Technology Sourcing to deliver on Nordic Scale across a range of different commodities. Sourcing is focused on working closely with multiple Business Units to deliver cost savings, process efficiencies and create value whilst ensuring regulatory compliance.

Main responsibilities in this role:
- Responsible for planning and driving sourcing related activities that match Nordea´s objectives as well as leading complex activities that contribute to the maturity journey of specific areas within the unit
- Independently leading a range of high complex and strategic procurement activities in accordance with Nordea Procurement Policy and regulatory requirements
- Developing commercial models and facilitating market research to ensure fact based decision making on assigned projects
- Develop and decide upon recommendations for decision-making by the Steering Committee or other decision mandated entities in Nordea
- Proactively engages with stakeholders to identify upcoming needs and provide early strategic guidance to enable business opportunities, relevant prioritizations and efficient processes
- Owning and aligning negotiation strategies with key stakeholders on assigned projects
- Assume responsibility as a mentor/coach towards other Sourcing colleagues, supporting them in their work and professional development
Who you are

Your background and skills include:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Degree in Law, Business, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain Management or similar
- 5+ year of commercial experience in a multi stakeholder environment
- Proven track record in delivering on delivering savings and value by managing complex sourcing projects and driving commercial negotiations
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to develop an effective strategy for completing your tasks and influence suppliers and key stakeholders in the organization
- Experience with international roles or working in an international company with a diverse culture and daily interaction with many different nationalities
- Experience with IT/Cloud – SaaS, PaaS, IaaS/On-prem/AI transaction, contract negotiation
