Trial Delivery Specialist/ Clinical Trial Coordination, FSP

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Trial Delivery Specialist to support clinical trial coordination as an embedded partner with a global biopharmaceutical client. The role focuses on operational excellence across study phases, managing vendor relationships, eTMF oversight, clinical supplies, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the trial lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Monitor study conduct and identify, resolve, escalate risks impacting quality, timeline, and budget
• Oversee end-to-end operational study delivery from setup to archival, maintaining systems and project plans
• Coordinate study activities and manage cross-functional team communication with internal and external partners
• Manage vendor and CRO oversight, clinical supplies delivery, and investigational product distribution
• Ensure eTMF completeness and inspection readiness through periodic reviews and document verification

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
• Minimum 1+ years pharmaceutical or scientific environment experience
• Foundational knowledge of clinical study delivery processes and regulations
• Strong project management and English communication skills
• Knowledge of clinical trial regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management systems
