Mechanical Supervisor

Workplace: Frankfurt, Germany
Project Duration : 18 months
Rotation Schedule : 10/4 days

 

Job description

• Supervise teams of mechanical installers and mechanical subcontractors.
• Oversee all mechanical scope, including the installation of chilled water-cooling systems, HVAC, ducting, and general piping.
• Participate in daily meetings with Clients and provide written progress reporting.
• Ensure that all project activities are executed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate daily operations and allocate tasks to team members.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives and updates.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise within the team.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and safety compliance (with a focus on mechanical standards).
• Report project status and performance metrics to upper management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, specifically in the mechanical sector.
• Previous experience working on pharmaceutical, data center, and heavy industrial projects is a strong plus.
• Language skills: Communicative knowledge of English and Polish is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work abroad (Frankfurt, Germany) on a 10/4 rotation schedule.
