Job description
- Supervise teams of mechanical installers and mechanical subcontractors.
- Oversee all mechanical scope, including the installation of chilled water-cooling systems, HVAC, ducting, and general piping.
- Participate in daily meetings with Clients and provide written progress reporting.
- Ensure that all project activities are executed safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate daily operations and allocate tasks to team members.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives and updates.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise within the team.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and safety compliance (with a focus on mechanical standards).
- Report project status and performance metrics to upper management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, specifically in the mechanical sector.
- Previous experience working on pharmaceutical, data center, and heavy industrial projects is a strong plus.
- Language skills: Communicative knowledge of English and Polish is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work abroad (Frankfurt, Germany) on a 10/4 rotation schedule.
