MV/LV Area Manager

For our client, international industrial company located in Gdańsk, we are looking for an experienced Candidate interested in MV/LV Area Manager position.

Main duties will include:

• oversee the operation and maintenance of MV and LV electrical distribution networks
• ensure reliability, safety, and full compliance of electrical systems with regulations and standards
• lead long-term capacity planning in line with business growth and electrification strategy
• develop and implement energy efficiency initiatives across terminal operations
• analyze system performance and drive continuous improvement actions
• manage and supervise CAPEX projects – from concept to commissioning
• ensure technical governance and quality of electrical design and documentation
• collaborate with energy suppliers, regulators, and external stakeholders
• maintain compliance with standards (including ISO 50001) and support energy reporting and carbon data processes
• lead and develop the technical team, supporting skills growth and knowledge continuity
• manage operational and capital budgets related to energy infrastructure
• ensure adherence to health & safety standards and safe working practic

Requirements:

• higher education degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field
• minimum few years of experience in managing MV/LV networks in an industrial environment
• valid SEP G1 (E & D) license or willingness to obtain it
• knowledge of energy efficiency and energy management systems (e.g. ISO 50001)
• practical understanding of electrical protection systems and MV network operations
• experience in managing technical teams
• professional working proficiency in English
