MCP GROUP is looking for a hands-on Sales & Export Project Manager to develop the NANOCLEAN AIR CAR AC PRO project through the Inter Cars network in Poland and 20 European countries.

CAR AC PRO is a complete vehicle air-conditioning cleaning and disinfection system supported by a business model for distributors and workshops.

Our mission is to improve AC hygiene while helping our partners build profitable, recurring sales.

We need someone who can turn this opportunity into results: build relationships, deliver convincing presentations, support local teams and follow through from the first meeting to repeat orders.

Your responsibilities:

- Lead the commercial development of CAR AC PRO through Inter Cars in Poland and across Europe.

- Work directly with purchasing teams, country managers, branch managers and sales representatives.

- Secure opening orders, coordinate local launches and develop repeat sales.

- Organise and deliver product presentations, sales training and workshop demonstrations with our technical team.

- Visit branches, distributors and workshops in Poland and abroad.

- Represent NANOCLEAN AIR at trade fairs, conferences and customer events.

- Develop country sales plans, manage the opportunity pipeline and deliver agreed targets.

- Coordinate export activities with our logistics, marketing, technical and regulatory teams.

- Monitor sales performance, collect market feedback and take action to improve results.

Our requirements

What we are looking for:

- Proven B2B sales and export experience in the automotive aftermarket.

- Understanding of automotive distribution networks and the needs of workshops.

- Experience working with Inter Cars or similar distributors would be a strong advantage.

- Fluent Polish and strong spoken and written English, including confidence in delivering presentations and negotiations. Additional European languages are welcome.

- Ability to manage an international project independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills and disciplined follow-up.

- Willingness and availability for frequent business travel across Poland and Europe.

- A valid category B driving licence.

- A proactive, resilient approach and the determination to put in the work required to achieve ambitious goals.

You should be comfortable both presenting to a country management team and working alongside a sales representative in a workshop.
