This is how we work, in house, agile, scrum

Your responsibilities, Designing digital experiences end-to-end, from initial UX to the final UI., Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI., Independently executing assigned tasks, taking full responsibility for their quality and timely delivery., Collaborating directly with English-speaking clients and presenting design solutions., Translating business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions., Working closely with analysts, developers, Product Managers, and other designers., Participating in the development and maintenance of Design Systems.

Min. 3 years of experience in the role of a Product / UX/UI Designer., A portfolio showcasing completed commercial projects., Very good knowledge of Figma and UX/UI design principles., Experience in designing web and mobile solutions end-to-end., Ability to independently manage assigned tasks and projects., Experience collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders., Very good command of English (minimum C1 level) allowing for fluent communication and project presentations. The Polish language is mandatory (min.C1)., Ability to justify design decisions and constructively receive feedback., Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with developers and other team members.

Optional, Experience working with Design Systems., Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility standards., Experience in UX research, usability testing, or UX audits., Previous experience working in a software house or digital agency., Familiarity with AI tools supporting the design process.
