Your responsibilities

• Transport capacity management - and short and medium term forecasts
• Management of logistics hasards encountered by operational teams, carriers and loading sites
• Production of indicators related to its scope
• Multiple interactions with actors in the supply chain (customers and providers)
• Respond to customer needs by proposing and managing storage and flow management solutions
• Autonomously manage flows and logistics providers (warehouses)
• Management of saturation and capacity in the short and medium term
• Contractual, operational and daily activation of main service providers and overflows (steering committees and KPI's, activity forecast, compliance with rules and specifications, monitoring of the action plan, audit, etc.)
• Management of seasonal warehouses (sourcing, "End to end" impact studies, implementation and start-up, piloting, closure, etc.) in connection with budget plans and management of saturation.
• Management of contingencies as a pilot and on behalf of the client (lowering of orders, management of shortages, slots, etc.) and monitoring of specific flows (packaging, destruction, etc.)
• Cost management: monitoring, control, validation of pre-invoicing, contributor to customer management control, budget construction.
• Management and piloting of various action plans

Our requirements

• Higher education – Bachelor’s degree (3 years) or Master’s degree (5 years), specialising in transport, logistics or supply chain management
• Understanding of the technical and operational aspects of the business
• Implementing procurement, warehousing and distribution processes, and preparing reports
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent command of English
• Knowledge of and practical experience with business software (TMS)
• Change management
