Senior Transformation Manager

Contract: B2B Rate: 155-165 PLN/h Working mode: Remote Summary The Senior Transformation Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing and enhancing the processes related to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) governance and reporting, ensuring effective project coordination and the management of associated risks and dependencies. This role supports the execution of strategic initiatives within the organization with an emphasis on operational efficiency and stakeholder communication. Main Responsibilities Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Global IT M&A governance, reporting, and management tools. Establish frameworks for prioritization, criticality, readiness, risk, blockers, and progress tracking across M&A and transformation initiatives. Create and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures for informed decision-making. Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting and governance processes. Plan, coordinate, and execute M&A, integration, carve-out, transformation, and standardization initiatives. Maintain project plans, action trackers, and deliverables. Coordinate across global teams and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and drive follow-up on actions and risks. Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies throughout initiatives. Develop and implement reporting, workflow, and automation solutions. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and communication efforts. Support Global IT standardization initiatives and contribute to best practices. Key Requirements Strong experience in M&A governance and reporting processes. Project management skills with proficiency in managing complex initiatives. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience with risk management techniques and tools. Nice to Have Knowledge of automation solutions and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with Gantt charts, dashboards, and project management tools. Experience in international project environments and cross-functional collaborations.
