Recruitment for

Our client – Federal-Mogul. The company produces pistons for internal combustion engines for leading automotive manufacturers such as Stellantis, Toyota, Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Renault, Nissan, and others.

Your responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
• Internal and external reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Analysis of budget vs. actual vs. forecast results
• Investment and profitability analysis
• Development of controlling tools and reporting systems
• Close cooperation with accounting and production teams
• Acting as a key business partner for management

Employer requirements

• University degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of controlling experience in a manufacturing company (automotive preferred)
• Experience in team management
• Willingness to work on-site in Gorzyce
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP FI/CO preferred)
• English level minimum B2
• Strong analytical and communication skills
