Licensing Director: Brand Partnerships & Growth

Pepco Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Head of Licensing to lead the development and execution of our licensing strategy across product categories and markets.

You will build partnerships with licensors, drive negotiations and manage investments to deliver profitable growth. The role requires at least five years in Licensing or related fields, strong contract governance, and a track record of delivering cross-functional programs in a fast-paced retail environment.
