Your responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, , including direct search, social media, professional network, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, motivation and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues across CE region to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity initiatives.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies and approaches.

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tech recruitment, gained in a multinational company or recruitment agency.
• Experience in direct and indirect candidate sourcing through professional networks and other recruitment channels.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple recruitment projects in an international, cross-country environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, driven, and tech-savvy.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting best talent to support our company's growth and success.

You will work closely with hiring managers from different countries to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers by advising on talent availability, market trends, sourcing strategies, and candidate expectations.
