Responsibilities

• As Integration Test Team member, perform exploration tests and develop automated tests in Python.
• Implement functional and non-functional tests.
• Take part in the development and automation of test procedures and frameworks.
• Create efficient test strategies and test infrastructure ensuring alignment with project goals and technical requirements.
• Contribute to laboratory expansion by installing and configuring network equipment.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including developers, quality experts, product owners, domain experts and system architects.
• Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements, create and maintain test documentation including test plans and test reports.
• Explore AI tools applicable in QA area, contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
• Support the adoption of QA best practices and mentor team members in test methodologies across SAFe/SCRUM R&D teams.
• Focus on safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc degree in IT, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics or similar area.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Python testing.
• Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks including Pytest and UI test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright).
• Experience with Linux systems, Bash, Git, virtualization, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Network management skills, e.g. VLANs configuration, understanding of TCP/IP stack or communication protocols (e.g. SNMP, MPLS), testing network management software is an advantage.
• Experience with laboratory test equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, solutions‑oriented approach, willingness to learn and strong communication skills with spoken and written English.
