For our Client from the  logistics sector in Głuchowo-Poznań , we are looking for people to perform tasks related to [area, e.g. warehouse operations] .

The offer includes stable employment under a civil law contract (umowa zlecenia) , a salary of [enter salary] , work in a [number]-shift system , and full onboarding and training for the assigned tasks. An additional advantage is  that we offer performance bonuses and additional allowance for night shift work.

What does the job involve?

• Sorting and placing parcels of various weights according to their destination.
• Manual loading and unloading of shipments.
• Follow standards and comply with warehouse regulations.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse.

What do we offer?

• Remuneration PLN 32.00 h/gross + 20% of the basic salary as performance bonuses (Up to PLN 1100 gross) an additional allowance for night shift for work between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. – approximately PLN 5–6 gross per hour.
• Type of Contract: Umowa Zlecenie (Mandate contract).
• Working hours: 8 hours per day (two shifts:14:00–22:00 and 22:00–06:00), 5 days perweek, from Monday to Friday, 160 to 176 hours per month.
• Transportation to work provided free of charge at specific stop (Poznań Górczyń near to Orlen gas station).

Who are we looking for?

• Knowledge of English at a communicative level (Basic communicative or higher).
• Availability to perform work in a rotative two shift system.
• Have no medical contraindications to perform physically demanding duties.
• Ability to keep up with a fast pace of work.
• Responsibility, commitment and punctuality.
