B2B Project: Senior System Analyst (AI & Integration)

Hays IT Contracting is a cooperation based on B2B rules. We connect IT specialists with the most interesting technological projects on the market. For our client, a universal banking institution developing modern digital platforms and AI-driven initiatives, we are currently looking for a Specialist for the position of Senior System Analyst.

Service delivery model: 100% remote, with occasional visits to the Warsaw office (1 day every 3 months)
Rate: 110-145 PLN/h net (+ VAT)
Cooperation: 12 months with possible extensions
Cooperation type: B2B, through Hays Poland
Language: English B2 and Polish (both required)

Project Description

The project focuses on the development of systems based on microservices architecture and strategic initiatives related to AI adoption. The Contractor will support the analysis and design of integrations between enterprise systems, model business and technical processes, and contribute to the implementation of solutions leveraging modern AI technologies.

Services will be delivered within a multidisciplinary project environment involving Product Owners, System Analysts, Developers, and Testers.

Technology Environment
- REST API, Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka/RabbitMQ, SQL, UML/BPMN, Git, GitFlow

Scope of Services

- Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into solution designs
- Design system integrations and API-based communication between applications
- Model business and technical processes using UML and BPMN
- Prepare and maintain solution documentation
- Collaborate with architects and development teams on solution design
- Define data models and integration mechanisms across multiple systems
- Design end-to-end solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
- Support initiatives related to Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions

Required Competencies

- Minimum 8 years of experience in System Analysis
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
- Practical experience in REST API design
- Proficiency in UML modelling and Enterprise Architect
- Knowledge of Git/GitFlow practices
- Experience in designing integrations between enterprise systems
- Knowledge of SQL and data modeling
- Ability to design end-to-end IT solutions
- Polish language proficiency
- Experience in the banking sector
- A college degree in a science-related field: mathematics, economics, computer science or similar

Nice to Have

- Experience with AI Copilots and Agentic AI solutions
- Practical knowledge of VS Code and GitHub Copilot
- Experience in prompt engineering and AI workflow design
- Knowledge of LangGraph, MCP, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
- Experience with RAG solutions, vector databases, and MCP servers
- Understanding of organizational processes related to AI solution implementation
- Design event-driven communication patterns using technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ

Cooperation Process

- Profile and experience review by the Hays team
- A conversation with a Hays consultant about the project and scope of services
- A technical meeting with project representatives (1 stage)

The cooperation is carried out between independent businesses (B2B model) and covers the performance of services within the agreed project scope. The Contractor independently organizes and manages the manner in which the services are performed, taking into account the project requirements, security obligations, and the necessary communication with the client.
