Your responsibilities

• Delivering fun and engaging lessons based on the provided curriculum and materials.
• Working with children aged 10 to 14 during online classes, both individual and group sessions (9–12 students).
• Improving your teaching skills under the guidance of experienced Kodland mentors.
• Sharing feedback on lessons and materials with the team.
• Providing regular and detailed reports on student progress.
• Enhancing the learning experience and student engagement in class.
• Being a positive, influential, and friendly figure at Kodland.
• Implementing creative ideas to support students.

Our requirements

• Python programming skills at at least an intermediate level.
• Willingness to acquire new skills and improve those you already have.
• Readiness to teach children and help them achieve high results.
• Availability to work on weekends and/or on weekdays and in the evenings.
• Ability to work independently.
• No criminal record and no prohibition on working with children.

Important:

This is a remote position, so you will need your own laptop with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to work. Candidates have the opportunity to learn Scratch and Roblox with us. We offer a B2B contract with the possibility of working as an unregistered sole trader; other available options also include cooperation with the TwójStartup incubator.
