Senior GenAI Data Engineer

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Data Engineer to join the AI Development team. Project information: Type of project: IT Services Office location: Warsaw Work model: 100% remote from Poland Budget: 150-180 PLN net/ h - b2b Project length: till the end of 2026, possible to extend it Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate’s availability) Project scope: Design and implement RAG pipelines (data retrieval, processing, and output storage) Build solutions leveraging LLMs for data classification and processing Develop and enhance AI agents (multi-agent workflows, orchestration, tool-use, memory) Implement agent integrations (A2A, MCP, integrations with tools and APIs) Develop and optimize data pipelines (ETL, ingestion, processing) Design and implement mechanisms for: prompt engineering, model evaluation and guardrails Deploy and maintain GenAI solutions in the Azure environment Collaborate with Data/ML/Product teams in the project-based setup Competence demands: 6+ YoE, strong proficiency in Python (LLM integration, data pipelines) Hands-on experience with: RAG pipelines, LLM-based classification and AI agent development Good understanding of the GenAI ecosystem: prompt engineering, model evaluation, guardrails, memory & tools Experience with the Azure AI stack: Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, Azure AI Foundry / model deployment Experience with Databricks (Mosaic AI / Agent Framework) Ability to work in production environments (scaling, monitoring, optimization) Very good English skills Nice to have: Knowledge of GCP in the context of data engineering: ETL / ingestion, pipeline orchestration Experience in multi-cloud projects Experience in cost and performance optimization of GenAI solutions We offer: Remote working model Collaboration with senior engineers and cross-functional AI teams Dynamic and innovation-driven engineering environment Full-time job agreement based on b2b Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs) Multisport card (also for an accompanying person) Life insurance
