Strategic HR Partner - Hybrid, Global People & Culture

Alstom is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead People and Culture initiatives, advising line managers and employees on HR matters. You will implement policies, drive HR actions, and ensure data accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business.

The role requires strong HR generalist experience, English and Polish fluency, and exceptional communication. A hybrid working arrangement and international exposure are offered.
