Process Digitalization Engineer (W/M)

Your responsibilities, Provide day-to-day support to business users in operating the new work planning system, Enable users to get the most out of the system in their daily work, Ensure proper and efficient use of system functionalities across all user groups, Take control of data: uploads, corrections, and quality assurance, Solve real problems — from data issues to system behavior, Support rollouts and bring new teams successfully onboard, Work closely with the Product Owner to test and introduce new features

Degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, or comparable field OR relevant professional experience, Experience in application support, key user roles, or similar (e.g. SAP or other ERP systems), Experience with data handling (e.g. Excel, imports/exports, structured datasets), Ideally exposure to enterprise environments (e.g. SAP or similar systems), A hands-on, problem-solving mindset, Attention to detail and confidence working with data, Ability to understand systems end-to-end, Hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented working style, Strong communication skills to interact with both business and IT, Fluent English and Polish
