Salesforce Architect

Workplace:  hybrid, Poznań (once a month from the office)

Workload:  Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Design the overall Salesforce architecture and ensure it is scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Choose the right tools for the job (e.g., deciding when to use Salesforce Flows vs. custom Apex code).
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Create technical documentation and data models.
• Ensure the highest quality of project delivery.
• Manage relations and advise business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect .
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration (including Flows) and development (Apex, LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and security models.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (Git).
