Join Our Team as a Machine Operator

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in Venlo, where we produce high-quality fruit and vegetable salads for supermarkets and renowned clients. If you have a passion for food production and machine operation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines according to guidelines (speed, quantity, proper dosing, etc.) and ensure their optimal performance.
• Conduct quality control of production and products, checking for proper form, packaging seals, and weight; correct any errors on the production line as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at your workstation.

What We Offer:

• Attractive hourly wage: €17.73 gross/hour (base rate €16.42 + vacation allowance of at least 8% calculated on basic hours).
• Shift allowances:
  • Monday to Saturday:
    • 23:00 to 06:00 – 40%
    • 19:00 to 23:00 – 25%
  • Sunday:
    • 00:00 to 23:00 – 100%
    • 23:00 to 00:00 – 40%
• No age-based wage rates.

Requirements:

• Relevant knowledge or experience in a similar position.
• Good command of English or Dutch.
• Experience in machine operation and technical skills.
