Internal Auditor

For our Client, an international organization located in the heart of Poznań, we are currently looking for an experienced professional for the position of Internal SOX Auditor.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of financial and audit processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP or another large ERP system will be considered an advantage
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA or other will be considered a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Prepare for SOX audits, including updating documentation, performing control testing, and analyzing test results.
• Execute control tests and ensure timely documentation of results in accordance with established guidelines.
• Work closely with the Audit Manager and the audit team to communicate the status of testing activities and audit progress.
• Support audit engagements in line with internal standards and methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through risk assessment and process evaluation, and support the implementation of enhancements.
• Develop knowledge of SAP modules to effectively analyze financial and operational data.
• Collaborate on a daily basis with various departments across the organization and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
