Site Manager / Engineer - Sanitary Installations (m/f/d)

For one of the companies delivering installation projects on large industrial investments, we are looking for a Site Manager / Engineer. The project is executed within a large industrial facility and involves the installation of central heating systems in building infrastructure (internal installations).

Your responsibilities

• Supervision of sanitary works on site
• Coordination of subcontractors and internal teams
• Maintaining construction documentation (during execution and as-built)
• Quality control and ensuring compliance with design documentation
• Preparation and supervision of work schedules
• Organization of material deliveries and cooperation with suppliers
• Participation in acceptance of works
• Settlement of works and subcontractors
• Close cooperation with the general contractor and other stakeholders in the investment process

Your profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience on construction sites in a similar role
• Higher education, preferably in Environmental Engineering
• Construction license for managing works in sanitary installations (required for Manager role)
• Practical knowledge of sanitary installations
• Knowledge of construction law and health & safety regulations (HSE)
• Ability to work with technical documentation
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
• Category B driving license and willingness to work on-site
• Strong organizational skills and independence
• Nice to have experience on projects executed in operating facilities (brownfield projects)
