Experience in Emerging Talent and/or Learning & Development in Poland Experience in stakeholder management Experience in coaching / supporting Emerging Talent or equivalent Strong understanding of the development landscape. Experience supporting HR processes in Poland Confident presenter/facilitator (virtual and in-person). Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Zoom.
