Security Support Engineer

・1 to 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, networking, or security
・Basic knowledge of Microsoft security solutions such as Defender and Microsoft 365 Security
・Understanding of Windows environments, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory
・Basic knowledge of cloud and security concepts
・Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
・Good English communication skills
