Reference Data Specialist - Middle Office & Market Data

Specialist, Middle Office I – Wroclaw, Poland

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Setting up and maintaining financial instruments on the Client platform
• Managing market data used for trading, risk management, and trade settlement
• Processing corporate actions that impact supervised data
• Creating new legal entities, funds, accounts, books within operational system across different asset classes and markets
• Reconciling internal data against market data (i.e. Bloomberg) to identify discrepancies
• Ensuring quality and timely completion of own work while contributing to team objectives
• Responding promptly to client inquiries, requests and issues – meeting agreed SLAs

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, science or similar
• Knowledge about financial instruments such as Fixed Incomes, Equities, Derivatives, etc.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume and priorities
• A strong team-player
• High level of accuracy and attention to details
• Advanced analytical & excel skills (VBA) a plus
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• AI proficiency preferred
